Women in Construction FNQ are a Not for Profit Organisation who promote working in the construction industry, either directly or indirectly in Far North Queensland region to engage in a social environment providing opportunity for new contacts to assist them in gaining knowledge, understanding and education pertaining to the construction industry.

WOMEN IN CONSTRUCTION FNQ AT A GLANCE

Women in Construction FNQ knows that our strength lies not only in the words we stand by, but most importantly through the actions of our initiatives. Back in 2014 we realised there was a real need in FNQ for this type of support and by working together we could overcome our challenges much more efficiently, and that is why we ultimately decided to launch Women in Construction FNQ (becoming Incorporated in 2019).

With this initiative, our goal is to promote great opportunities for those in need. With access to the right resources, people can become empowered by their own abilities and gain the confidence to fulfill their potential. We pride ourselves in supporting Gratitude Gift Boxes (Ruth's Womens Shelter) and Bolts N Nuts (Cairns Anglicare).
